As a seasoned Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will lead and manage a global team to ensure 99.99% availability across 80+ enterprise sites. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of all IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, network, firewalls, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will drive operational excellence by implementing best practices like ITIL and managing vendor and outsourcing relationships. Continuous monitoring, incident response, backup, and disaster recovery for critical systems will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing infrastructure documentation, change management, and production control frameworks. Optimizing cloud operations for performance, cost-efficiency, and security compliance will also be within your scope of work. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Application, and Capacity is essential to ensure infrastructure aligns with compliance standards such as SOC 2, NIST, PCI, and RAP. Overseeing end-user experience platforms and support tools like JAMF, SCCM, Intune, Nexthink, and Moveworks will also be part of your duties. You will provide dashboards and reports on infrastructure health, automation, and support KPIs and contribute to infrastructure strategy, planning, and execution of IT roadmaps. Leading the resolution of major incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and driving preventive measures will be crucial to ensuring operational efficiency. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation across infrastructure operations and participating in security audits to support remediation are also key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in operating systems like Windows Server, Linux, and RedHat, as well as networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs. Knowledge of storage technologies like EMC, NetApp, SAN, VMware, NSX, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential. Database familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, and OCI is also required. Experience with ITSM & Alerting tools like ServiceNow and integrated alerting systems is preferred. With over 10 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years in global/offshore team leadership roles, you should have a proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing technical teams. Strong experience in 24/7 infrastructure operations, managing large-scale co-location/vendor relationships, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and conducting RCA is a must. Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across business and IT functions are essential for success in this role. A strong understanding of ITIL v3 or later, change/production control frameworks, supporting SOX, PCI, and security audit requirements, and disaster recovery planning and execution is required. Additionally, having a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Masters preferred), along with certifications in ITIL, AWS/Azure/GCP, Agile, or DevOps will be advantageous. Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams, cultural awareness, and the ability to work across multiple time zones are also valued skills for this position.,

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, conducting root cause analysis, and excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across business and IT functions are necessary. Your governance expertise should include a strong understanding of ITIL v3 or later, working knowledge of change/production control frameworks, experience supporting SOX, PCI, and security audit requirements, and disaster recovery planning and execution. Your project and resource management skills, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred), will be valuable assets in this role. Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams, cultural awareness, and the ability to work across multiple time zones will be beneficial. Certifications in ITIL, AWS/Azure/GCP, Agile, or DevOps will be advantageous in fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
