Job Description: As a Technical Engineering Lead in Bangalore, with over 10 years of experience, you will be engaged in a contract-to-hire role in a hybrid work mode. Immediate joiners are preferred due to the nature of the position. Roles and Responsibilities: - Possessing a minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years at a Lead/Staff/Principal level or above. - Demonstrated expertise in Lakehouse and medallion architectures in real-world scenarios. - Proficient in Data Product design with a strong knowledge base. - Hands-on experience with Kafka and Snowflake technologies. - Proficiency in working with Jira and in a multi-vendor environment. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical and business audiences. - Fluency in Python and experience in an agile structure. - Over 3 years of practical AWS experience and capability to manage conflicting priorities. - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). - Skilled in database evolution and management. Desirable Skills: - Certification and proficiency in scaled agile processes. - Experience in managing teams from various providers. - Background in architecture or architect adjacent roles. - AWS Certification at associate or professional level, Confluent cloud certification. - Experience with GitHub actions, Terraform, and running low downtime releases. - Knowledge of DBT.,
