8+ years of experience as DB developer having Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databasesDB developer (Writing SQL queries/Python scripts as per the business requirements). DB/Data migrations. Should be able to work as an individual contributor in the project.Write and optimize in-application SQL statementsEnsure performance, security, and availability of databasesPrepare documentations and specificationsHandle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.Profile server resource usage, and optimize and tweak as necessaryCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersExperience with some of the modern relational databasesSkilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statementsKnowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databasesCapable of configuring popular database engines and orchestrating clusters as necessaryCapable of troubleshooting common database issues
