Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Argus or Arisglobal LSMV.- Hands on experience in creating and processing AE cases in Argus.- Technical expertise in database and configurations, preferably PostgreSQL.- Good understanding of database model.- Ability to query DB and investigate the issues and generate reports.- Good understanding of case processing workflow for local and global markets.- Ability to work directly with business users.- Coordinate between business users and vendor for application support and enhancements.- Ability to understand end-to-end case processing workflow and its configurations.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features.- Develop high-quality software design and architecture.- Write clean, scalable code using Oracle Argus.- Perform unit and integration testing before launch.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus, functional and technical experience in any of the Safety systems (Argus, LSMV).- Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.- Experience in software development lifecycle and methodologies.- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Hands-on experience with Oracle Argus configuration and customization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Argus.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
