Additionally, you will conduct research, record best practices, and collaborate with other teams to support customer needs and business goals. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a software support environment, with expertise in writing and debugging SQL statements, and experience with XML, Javascript, and HTML. Knowledge of database platforms like Oracle, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is required, along with familiarity with web services APIs, database connectors, and SOAP. A comprehensive understanding of complex, database-centric, internet-based systems is essential. Strong multitasking skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are also necessary for this role.
