About the role: The role's primary focus will be market research and lead generation-driven. Day-to-day, youll be conducting comprehensive market research to identify key industries and verticals with high growth potential in our target regions, and use the information, coupled with intent data, to generate prospecting lists for the outbounding team. You’ll also help guide the prospecting strategies used by providing your feedback on the target audience profiles, buyer personas, and ideal customer criteria. Besides conducting comprehensive searches across various sources to identify potential prospects, you also work with the marketing and partner success team for research-led initiatives, supporting the wider business. Role and Responsibilities: Market Research: Comprehensive market research and analysis for everything from prospecting and market trends to competitor analysis and customer behaviour. Lead generation: Develop and execute on lead generation strategies that align with the company's goals and target markets. Target Account Identification: Utilise various data sources, industry reports, and market intelligence tools to identify and curate a comprehensive list of high-value target accounts for the outbound team. Lead qualification: Implement lead qualification processes to ensure the accuracy, validity and reliability of research data and methodologies. Data Analysis: Analyse and evaluate prospect and account data, including firmographics, demographic and technographic data. Use data-driven insights to prioritise and segment target accounts for outreach. CRM & Data Platforms Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of target account lists in our CRM system (Hubspot and Apollo). Regularly update and refine the lists based on evolving market dynamics and feedback. Required Skills: Expertise in lead generation and qualification processes. 3 years of B2B (contact & company global search) Lead generation experience. Proficiency in data analysis and using prospecting tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret data.
