Strong experience in Postgres Product Coding - Feature development, Bug fixes, Review Patches, Security Patches, Code fixes related to Long-Term Support, Performance Optimizations to queries and indexing strategies, Contribute Modules, Foreign Data Wrappers.
Certify and standardize database infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest database technologies and trends.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve database systems.
SME in PostgreSQL Internals.
Expert knowledge of C, Bison, Flex, CVS, Auto tools, and Meson.
Knowledge to debug the existing PostgreSQL code.
Enhancements to PostgreSQL Community Edition software.
Execute CE version enhancement requests.
SME in troubleshooting critical events.
Define and set best practices as per the client environment.
Testing and Benchmarking.
Participate in Community Support Forums.
Community Leadership and mentoring.
