Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead II - Enterprise Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to independently analyze and develop applications on ERP/CRM systems in your assigned area. You will design solutions under the supervision of an Architect and manage a team. Your role will involve various outcomes such as developing technical documents, performing design document reviews, acting as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues, contributing to ERP/CRM Practice related activities, selecting appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, and acting creatively to develop applications. You will also be responsible for interpreting application designs, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product development stages. Additionally, you will influence customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and set and measure goals in NorthStar. Key Responsibilities: - Develop technical documents like Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation - Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest code improvements - Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues - Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice-related activities such as assembling content for case studies and coordinating internal seminars - Select appropriate technical options for development and identify and improve technical design of applications/systems - Interpret application designs, code, debug, test, document, and communicate product development stages - Validate results with user representatives, integrate, and commission the overall solution - Influence and improve customer satisfaction through code refactoring and improvements in business processes - Set and measure goals in NorthStar and update progress accordingly Qualifications Required: - Number of applicable technical/domain certifications completed - Adherence to process and standards (coding standards) - Number of mandatory trainings completed - Average time taken for turnaround on production bugs - Contribution to RFPs and estimations in ERP/CRM Practice - Number of Junior Leads guided to lead a technical team - Number of technical sessions conducted within practice for the benefit of peers and team members Company Additional Details: To support and promote the values of UST, you are expected to comply with all Company policies and procedures.
