As a Data Engineer working with multiple teams, you will be responsible for delivering solutions on the Azure Cloud using core cloud data warehouse tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL DW, and other Big Data related technologies. Your role involves building the next generation of application data platforms and improving recent implementations. You must analyze data and develop strategies for populating data lakes. Complex coding using U-SQL, Scala or Python, and T-SQL may be required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work as part of a team to develop Cloud Data and Analytics solutions - Participate in the development of cloud data warehouses, data as a service, and business intelligence solutions - Data wrangling of heterogeneous data - Provide forward-thinking solutions in data and analytics - Deliver high-quality products - Code complex U-SQL, Spark (Scala or Python), T-SQL - Develop Modern Data Warehouse solutions using Azure Stack (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks) **Qualifications:** - Expertise in Any ETL tool i.e. (SSIS, Informatica, Data Stage) - Ability to Implement Data warehousing Solutions - 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in an Azure Big Data Environment - Programming experience in Scala or Python, SQL - Hands-on experience in Azure stack (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks) -- Mandatory - Good understanding of other Azure services like Azure Data Lake Analytics & U-SQL, Azure SQL DW - Familiarity with Azure Databricks platform and building data analytics solutions for performance & scale - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in a big data environment - Good Understanding of Modern Data Warehouse/Lambda Architecture and Data warehousing concepts Note: This is a data engineer role focused on applications, not infrastructure.,
