Opportunity to invent, create, and see the real impact of your work. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets from multiple e-commerce platforms to uncover actionable insights. Develop and automate systems for keyword and ad performance tracking across a large number of SKUs. Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning to improve ad conversion rates and profitability. Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad placements and marketing spend. Present findings and recommendations clearly to the team. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement data-driven strategies. Core Competencies: Strong Data Science Acumen: Proven ability in data manipulation, statistical analysis, machine learning (regression, classification, time series), and data visualization. Solid Mathematical Foundation: Deep understanding of linear algebra, multivariate calculus, probability theory, stochastic processes, and numerical methods. Automation Prowess: Demonstrated experience in automating complex workflows and processes using Python scripting and/or workflow automation tools like n8n or Make. Proficiency in Prompt Engineering: Demonstrated ability to effectively use and extract valuable insights from large language models and other AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (top of class preferred). Strong background in statistics, probability, and data analysis. Proficient in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc.). Experience with SQL and database management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex findings in simple terms. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Must be able to work Indian daytime hours (no night shifts). Nice to Have: Experience with e-commerce data. Familiarity with PPC advertising and marketing analytics. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn). Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and AI-driven automation. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: 6,00,000 per annum + yearly performance bonus. Fully remote position. Working hours - 9am to 5pm IST, Monday through Friday.
