You will be joining VOYA INDIA, a technology-driven business process transformation company dedicated to enhancing the financial services customer experience through innovative technology solutions. As an Integration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of integrations as part of the EDI Implementation team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal and external project team members to plan and execute tests, troubleshoot and resolve defects, and work directly with customers/carriers. In this role, you will need to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and handle a large workload of concurrent projects. You will also participate in project meetings, provide input to project plans, and offer status updates. Your tasks will involve researching EDI applications, understanding data organization and population, and configuring EDI systems. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a BS/BA Degree or have 5+ years of software testing experience, particularly in EDI. Knowledge of employee benefits and the transmission of enrollment data via EDI is required. You should be a self-motivated and customer-focused professional with strong follow-through, a drive for data accuracy, and a quick learning ability in technology. Strong planning and organization skills, experience in Microsoft Office products, excellent communication skills in English, and critical thinking abilities are essential. Your shift timing for this role will start from 5.30 PM onwards. Additionally, you should have knowledge and experience in EDI/Carrier Identifier configuration, Salesforce, JIRA, and SFTP. A strong understanding of project implementation methodology and techniques will be beneficial in this position. You will be expected to contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time while maintaining positive working relationships with teams and customers.,
