Job Description

Test Lead:

1. Define and implement end-to-end data testing for data platforms.

2. Develop reusable and scalable test frameworks for data validation, data reconciliation, and integrity checks across various data sources

3. Design and execute test plans to validate data transformations, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.

4. Implement automated data testing framework using tools like Tricentis TOSCA - DI / Query Surge / DataGaps etc.

5. Work closely with data engineers, data architect, business analysts, and product owners to understand data requirements and ensure quality delivery. 6. Work with team to resolve testing issues

7. Collaborate with engineering and devops team to integrate testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

8. Define and monitor key data quality metrics, including data completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

9. Lead and mentor a team of data test engineers and enable continuous improvement in data testing methodologies. 10. Conduct training sessions on data testing tools, automation, and best practices for the testing team.
