Data & Systems Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a focused and curious fresher/executive to support data management, process coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, exploring workflows, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data entry, cleaning, and reporting for various departments.
• Track daily activities, follow up on pending tasks, and assist in process improvement.
• Act as a bridge between teams and coordinate to resolve system or workflow issues.
• Assist management in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
• Document processes and support implementation of new workflows.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of data.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; BCA/BBA/B.Sc IT preferred.
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years (training will be provided).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; enjoys working with data.
• Curious and alert, with a mindset to explore processes and workflows.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up discipline.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
