Responsibilities also include data capture, cataloging, data processing, system inputs and updates, reconciliations, settlements, and fund transfers. The role involves preparing reports using MS Excel and may require external interaction with agents/counterparties/clients to resolve process-related queries and discrepancies via phone or email. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and escalating risks, promptly reporting outstanding issues to clients.
