In this role, you will be contributing to design, develop and support digitally advanced financial products by collaborating with globally located cross functional teams. You will drive initiatives to analyze existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement, participate in prioritization of these improvements and provide estimates for implementing new features. Basic Qualifications B.E or B.Tech or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience) 1+ years of relevant professional experience Experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and core programming concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated ability to learn technologies and apply. Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a team. Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and working globally. Can apply an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem solving and product development. Preferred Qualifications Strong programming experience in at least one compiled language - Java, Python Experience in designing highly scalable, efficient systems. Web technology design experience is plus.
