Experience in data governance and data management and strong knowledge of best practices Experience with data modeling and mapping, including the ability to map source system data elements to a target data model, ensuring alignment of logical and physical data structures Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills Expertise of managing data and processes in a global enterprise environment with an understanding of database and schema design Excellent communication, both in listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop creative and structured solutions Ability to influence relevant parties to ensure milestones are met. Project management via Agile execution methodology. People Leadership, be able to inspire and build momentum across a global team but you are also a team player, happy to roll up your sleeves when needed. Technical proficiencies: Working with large data sets, Collibra, Solidatus, MS Excel Banking or Financial Services experience, especially that pertaining to corporate trust or related issuer services preferred.
