Job Description

As a seasoned Strategic Sales Leader, your role will involve driving the growth of our clients Data & AI business in Singapore, Thailand, and the broader APAC region. You will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and establishing strategic partnerships to support our clients" global data vision. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Data & AI offerings across APAC. - Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and partnerships. - Align regional sales strategy with our clients" global data vision and business objectives. - Engage enterprise clients to understand data challenges and design tailored solutions in areas such as Data Architecture & Engineering, Data Warehousing & Data Lakes, Data Governance & Data Quality, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML & Business Intelligence. - Lead complex sales cycles focusing on business value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes. - Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Chief Data Officers, and technology leaders. - Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and technology partners to co-develop and co-sell solutions. - Partner with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to shape proposals and ensure flawless execution. - Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined deal progression. - Represent our client at industry events, client roundtables, and executive briefings. - Stay informed on APAC market trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape to guide strategy. Qualifications Required: - 18+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with 7+ years in Data & AI leadership roles. - Strong understanding of data architecture, warehousing, lakes, and modern data platforms. - Proven track record in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors in APAC. - In-depth familiarity with Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and broader APAC regulatory and business environments. - Experience working with cloud providers, data platform vendors, and consulting partners. - Entrepreneurial, consultative, and outcome-driven mindset with a passion for client success. - Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar data transformation deals and fostering long-term client relationships.,
