Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer (AVP)

As a Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer in the ML Solutions team within Markets OPS Technology, your role will involve driving the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring quality control, conducting research and development, and collaborating effectively with various teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI initiatives and make a significant impact on the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-On Execution and Delivery: Actively contribute to the development and delivery of AI solutions, ensuring successful deployment into production environments. - Mentoring Young Talents: Guide team members from concept to production, fostering technical growth and building an innovative team. - Quality Control: Ensure the quality and performance of generative AI models through rigorous testing and evaluation. - Research and Development: Participate in research activities to advance generative AI techniques and stay abreast of emerging trends. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI technologies into products and services. **Skills & Qualifications:** - 8 to 13 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, with a focus on delivering complex solutions to production. - Experience with Generative AI technologies is essential. - Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, clustering, embedding, NLP, Name Entity Recognition, Computer Vision, Transformers, Large Language Models. - In-depth knowledge of deep learning and Generative AI frameworks such as Langchain, Lang Graph, Crew AI or similar. - Proficiency in Python Software Development, strong background in mathematics, and experience with frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. - Experience with evaluation, scoring frameworks like ML Flow, Docker containers, and K8s is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration skills. - Masters degree/Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
