As a Senior Manager - Data Scientist, you will lead the development and integration of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions across diverse platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and on-premises environments. Your role involves designing scalable AI/ML models and algorithms to address complex business challenges and derive actionable insights. Additionally, you will spearhead the adoption of General AI applications to align with business goals and foster value creation. Your responsibilities will include applying your deep expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to tackle large, intricate datasets. You will champion the incorporation of AI/ML capabilities into existing data infrastructures and workflows to enhance decision-making processes. Moreover, you will provide thought leadership within your team, staying updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Upholding ethical AI practices and contributing to the development of responsible AI frameworks will also be a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess over 12 years of experience in data management or related fields, with a focus on AI/ML for at least 5 years. A successful track record in designing and deploying AI/ML projects and General AI use cases is essential. Proficiency in cloud technologies like Azure and Google Cloud, as well as expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling, are required. You should also be skilled in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, along with familiarity with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. A strong background in statistical analysis, algorithm development, and experimental design is crucial. Leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and guide teams are highly valued. Ideally, you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.
