What Youll Do

• Design and build

  GenAI-powered products

  optimized for the telecommunications industry.
• Research, experiment with, and apply the

  latest developments in generative AI

  .
• Lead the development of

  deep learning models

  and take them from concept to production-ready systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to

  customize AI products

  to meet specific use cases and business needs.
• Define and promote

  best practices

  in AI model development, evaluation, deployment, and scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including

  data scientists, engineers, architects, product managers

  , and domain experts.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a

  quantitative field

  (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics).

• 6+ years

  of professional experience in

  data science

  roles.

• 4+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  machine learning

  and

  deep learning

  .
• Proven track record of building and deploying

  ML models end-to-end

  (from research to production).
• Strong expertise in

  Python

  for ML/AI development.
• Familiarity with

  transformers

  LangChain

  , and other GenAI toolkits.
• Experience with ML in

  agile environments

  – from MVPs and PoCs to scalable products.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in
