About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Measurement & Optimization:

    Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to evaluate campaign effectiveness, attribution, customer segmentation, and ROI.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:

    Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Experimentation:

    Develop and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to assess campaign strategies and inform decision-making.
  • Reporting & Visualization:

    Build automated, scalable dashboards and reports to communicate findings and track key metrics for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define campaign objectives, data requirements, and success metrics.
  • Data Management:

    Ensure data integrity by implementing robust data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

    Present complex analytical results in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of total experience in data science, analytics, or similar roles, preferably within retail or marketing analytics.
  • Strong proficiency

    in SQL, Python, and advanced MS Excel, Alteryx, UNIX

    Cloud technologies

    for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experiment design.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms

    (Azure preferred)

    and big data technologies.
  • Solid understanding of campaign management concepts, marketing analytics, and measurement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
