Data Scientist (Immediate Joiner)

You will be joining Infilon Technologies, a leading software development company located in Ahmedabad, as a Data Scientist with expertise in ETL, data management, and advanced analytics. Your role will involve hands-on experience with ClickHouse, a strong understanding of similarity algorithms, and the ability to construct scalable data pipelines in collaboration with product, engineering, and analytics teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data. - Utilize ClickHouse for efficient querying, aggregation, and performance enhancement. - Implement similarity algorithms (e.g., cosine similarity, nearest neighbours, vector embeddings) for search, recommendation, and matching purposes. - Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to meet business and product requirements. - Collaborate across teams to facilitate data-informed decision-making. - Contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of predictive models. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering. - Demonstrated proficiency in ETL pipelines and data transformation frameworks. - Strong SQL skills and experience with ClickHouse (or similar analytical databases). - In-depth knowledge of similarity algorithms and their practical applications. - Hands-on experience with Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. - Problem-solving mindset with strong logical reasoning abilities. - Ability to effectively communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Good to Have:** - Exposure to machine learning workflows and model deployment. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools. - Knowledge of large-scale, distributed data systems.
