Role Overview: As a Senior Data Scientist (ML Engineer) at our company, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong collaboration skills and machine learning expertise to dive into complex data sets, ask the right questions, and uncover valuable insights. You will be joining a dynamic team where you will work on advanced Spark pipelines, optimize ML workflows, and have the opportunity to work on MLOps. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize ML models and data pipelines. - Translate business problems into data science solutions. - Validate OKRs against statistical measures and drive technical decisions. - Leverage advanced analytical tools for insight generation and storytelling. - Collaborate across teams to solve complex business challenges. Qualification Required: - Strong communication and articulation (vocal & written). - Technical decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Data wrangling, design thinking, and business acumen. - Proficiency in Excel VBA and Data Storytelling. - High data literacy and curiosity.
