About the Role:

Gen AI Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models including LLMs, Diffusion Models, or GANs.
2. Fine-tune pre-trained models like GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc., for domain-specific applications.
3. Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large datasets.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
5. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and optimize for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
6. Stay updated with the latest research in Gen AI and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing projects.
7. Contribute to model governance, interpretability, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science.
3. Solid experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
4. Experience working with Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, etc.).
5. Proficient in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.).
6. Strong understanding of NLP, language modeling, and transformer-based architectures.
7. Experience with model deployment using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
