Data Scientist

Experience: 5+ years
Location: Chennai (Work from Office preferred)
Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement LLM-powered solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows
• Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and evaluate large language models for specific business use cases
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI modules into production applications
• Analyze large, unstructured datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Stay updated on emerging trends in GenAI, foundation models, and open-source LLMs

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, HuggingFace models, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.), and retrieval strategies
• Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries (Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Experience in data preprocessing, model evaluation, and deployment of NLP solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Exposure to MLOps workflows and LLMOps tools
• Experience with open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
