Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on large datasets.
Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to evaluate business strategies.
Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
4–6 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
