Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in analyzing large datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and improve our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy. Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to predict future trends, customer behavior, and other key business metrics. Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and improve results. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand key objectives and design data-driven solutions. Present findings and data visualizations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable way. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning. Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for data analysis and model development. Skills Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis. Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau). Expertise in SQL and experience working with relational databases. Strong understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes. Ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and time series analysis. Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and model validation techniques.
