The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering an intensive 3-month curriculum aligned with industry requirements and technical interview preparation.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate DSA Trainer to conduct structured sessions for students or professionals aiming to strengthen their foundational skills in Data Structures and Algorithms. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering an intensive 3-month curriculum aligned with industry requirements and technical interview preparation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured classroom training on core DSA topics
• Design a comprehensive course plan, assignments, and assessments
• Provide real-time coding demonstrations using platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.
• Guide learners through problem-solving techniques, time/space complexity, and optimization
• Track learner progress and provide individual feedback
• Conduct mock interviews and coding challenges
• Help prepare students for campus or off-campus tech interviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs or Masters in CS/IT or related fields (preferred)
• 2+ years of teaching or training experience in DSA
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (C++, Java, or Python)
• Hands-on experience with online coding platforms
• Prior experience in mentoring for tech interviews (preferred)
