Data Science - Lead

Role Overview: You will be a key member of the team, responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions, particularly focusing on generative AI projects and data analysis to enhance our platform and services. Your role will involve collaborating with cross functional teams, staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and analytics, and continuously monitoring and improving the performance of AI models. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems and enhance operational efficiency. - Generative AI Projects: Work on generative AI projects including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other related areas. - Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into platform and services. - Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and analytics, and apply innovative techniques to enhance capabilities. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, continuously improving them based on feedback and new data. - Documentation and Reporting: Document processes, methodologies, and results, and present findings to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, generative AI, and analytics. Additional Details: The company is looking for a talented and experienced AI and Analytics Specialist Developer with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods, hands-on experience with data preprocessing, fine-tuning, feature engineering, and model evaluation, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,
