Data Science - Lead

You are a talented and experienced AI and Analytics Specialist Developer with a strong background in artificial intelligence, generative AI, and analytics. You have hands-on experience in implementing real-world use cases. Your role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI solutions that enhance the platform and services. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing AI solutions, designing, developing, and deploying AI models and algorithms to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency. You will also work on generative AI projects such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other related areas. Additionally, you will analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborating with product owners, data scientists, and engineers is essential to integrate AI solutions into the platform and services. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and analytics and applying innovative techniques to enhance capabilities is crucial. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI models and continuously improving them based on feedback and new data. Documenting processes, methodologies, and results, as well as presenting findings to stakeholders, is part of your role. In terms of technical requirements, you should have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods, and hands-on experience with data preprocessing, fine-tuning, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets are essential analytical skills. Additionally, you are expected to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, generative AI, and analytics.
