Job Description

Job Title
Data Science - Lead Responsibilities

Develop and Implement AI SolutionsDesign, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Generative AI ProjectsWork on generative AI projects, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other related areas.

Data Analysis and InsightsAnalyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with TeamsWork closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into platform and services.

Research and InnovationStay updated with the latest advancements in AI and analytics, and apply innovative techniques to enhance our capabilities.

Performance MonitoringMonitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and continuously improve them based on feedback and new data.

Documentation and ReportingDocument processes, methodologies, and results, and present findings to stakeholders.
Technical and Professional Requirements:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, fine tuning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Analytical

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
