As an enthusiastic and creative individual, you will have the opportunity to delve into various aspects of Machine Learning, embrace diverse responsibilities, and demonstrate complete ownership of your assignments. Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting training programs on data science and data engineering for students at Pickl.AI partner institutions. You will be tasked with educating and guiding students on a range of topics such as data analysis, machine learning, statistics, data visualization, and other relevant subjects. It will be your responsibility to craft instructional materials like lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments. Staying informed about the latest advancements in data science is crucial, and you will be expected to integrate new trends into the curriculum. Practical case studies should be integrated into your teaching to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, you will offer support to students throughout their learning journey, including responding to queries and providing feedback on assignments and projects. Collaboration with fellow instructors and team members to refine the curriculum and training programs will be essential. Participation in meetings and training sessions to enhance instructional techniques is encouraged. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades is also part of the role. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in data science concepts, techniques, and tools is essential. Strong presentation and communication skills are highly valued. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is crucial. Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students in a classroom or online environment is advantageous.
