Data Science Gen AI Manager

As a Manager - AI/GenAI at EY, you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary technology team focusing on Data Mining & Management, Visualization, Business Analytics, Automation, Statistical Insights, and AI/GenAI. Your role will involve developing and delivering industry-specific solutions for various sectors such as Financial services, Consumer products & Retail, Healthcare & wellness, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Telecom, Real Estate, etc., which will be utilized to implement EY SaT mergers and acquisition methodologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, review, and implement solutions using AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Python programming. - Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications utilizing open source and closed source Large Language Models (LLMs). - Work with advanced models like GPT-3.5, GPT 4, Llama, BERT for natural language processing and content generation. - Design and optimize solutions using Vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of contextual data for LLMs. - Identify opportunities for analytics application, manage projects, ensure service delivery, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Ability to work creatively and systematically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment. - Good interpersonal skills, team player, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Experience in AI/Data Science projects, Azure Cloud Framework, and statistical techniques. - Proficiency in Python programming, AI/ML frameworks, and Generative AI workflow management tools. - Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and willingness to mentor team members. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience guiding teams on AI/Data Science projects and communicating results to clients. - Familiarity with Azure Cloud Framework and software development life cycle. - 9-14 years of relevant work experience in AI, Machine Learning Models with deployment experience in Azure preferred. - Minimum 4 years of experience in NLG, LLM, DL Techniques and programming in Python. - Expertise in implementing applications using open source and proprietary LLM models.
