Data Science Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder communication, and the ability to design scalable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data exploration to model development, validation, and deployment. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate insights in a clear and actionable manner. Develop and implement advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, NLP and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems. Continuously improve model performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments. Deliver high-quality dashboards, visualizations, and presentations tailored to business and executive audiences. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines, efficient model workflows, and scalable infrastructure. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists, promoting best practices in experimentation, coding, and documentation. Stay current on emerging data science tools, technologies, and methodologies, evaluating their potential impact and adoption. Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Extensive hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques. Expert proficiency in Python and strong working knowledge of Databricks or similar cloud analytics platforms. Strong command of SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Experience with modern DS/ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark MLlib).Proven track record of communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing business decisions. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects with minimal oversight.
