Data Science Analyst

As a Data Science Analyst at our company, your role will involve designing, building, and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions with a focus on search applications, LLMs, and data-driven systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and deploying large-scale AI/ML and data science solutions. - Working with GCP (Vertex AI) to manage production workloads and pipelines. - Experimenting with and implementing Generative AI models and components, including proprietary/custom LLMs, vector search, and fine-tuning. - Developing and deploying low-latency search applications using hybrid search, re-ranking algorithms, and embeddings. - Handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data for training and optimization. - Collaborating with teams to ensure scalable, production-ready solutions. - Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python with strong use of SQL. To excel in this role, you must have the following must-have skills: - Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Vertex AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science development and deployment. - 3+ years working with large-scale data systems. - 5+ years of experience in Python (SQL preferred). - Proven knowledge of Generative AI and LLM components (custom deployments, fine-tuning, vector search). - Experience building and deploying low-latency search applications. Additionally, good-to-have skills include: - 2+ years implementing production workloads on GCP. - 1+ years developing search engine systems (hybrid search, re-ranking algorithms, embeddings). Qualifications required for this position include proficiency in GCP, search engine development and deployment, AI/ML/DS, Gen Ai, Python, and SQL.
