Data Science/ AI Leader

As a senior AI leader with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Science, and AI Architecture, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide innovation and transformation at a Leading Global Management Consulting Organization. Your role will involve defining and executing AI, GenAI, and AI Architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will architect and lead AI/ML ecosystems, design robust and scalable AI architectures, and lead innovation using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver AI-driven architectures and solutions that accelerate digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the AI, GenAI, and AI Architecture strategy to align advanced technologies with organizational goals. - Architect and lead AI/ML ecosystems spanning data pipelines, model development, orchestration, deployment, and governance. - Design robust, scalable AI architectures integrating LLMs, GenAI workflows, and RAG pipelines within enterprise environments. - Lead innovation using Large Language Models (LLMs) and build agentic AI systems leveraging frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, and CrewAI. - Build and optimize Generative AI workflows, including prompt engineering, LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Oversee AI platform engineering and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, reliability, and performance. - Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to deliver AI-driven architectures and solutions that accelerate digital transformation. - Represent the organization in AI thought leadership, driving innovation discussions at industry events and forums. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Architecture, including senior leadership roles. - Proven success in architecting and deploying enterprise-scale AI systems and GenAI platforms. - Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and multi-cloud AI infrastructure. - Strong command of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern AI/ML frameworks. - Track record of building and leading high-performing AI and architecture teams delivering measurable business outcomes. - Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
