Segmenting customer databases, identifying new leads, and developing strategies to optimize ROI will also fall under your purview. Your role will involve working on Research & Validation, Data Mining & Modeling, Data Cleansing, and Direct Mailing activities in the Data Centre. In the Response Centre, you will handle Inbound and Outbound activities, Response Management, and Prospect Generation. The E-marketing Centre will require your expertise in E-Mail management & Marketing, Mass E-Mailing, and Online Response activities. Your overall responsibility will be Master Database Management, including creating database objects, adapting to changes in the work environment, and managing competing demands effectively. You will be directly involved in Campaign Management, Data Analytics, Voice & Email, Contact Centre operations, Digital & Direct Marketing, as well as providing online and offline support for Response & Lead generation programs.
