Sc./ Ph.D. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in downstream processing of protein purification & downstream (industrial) Proficiency in protein purification techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion chromatography). Familiarity with process development tools and analytical methods (e.g., SDS-PAGE, HPLC, UV spectroscopy). Experience with scale-up and tech transfer is a plus. Functional Competencies: Scientific knowledge, Experimental skills, Documentation, Data reporting, analysis and interpretation Behavioural Competencies: Drive for result, Clear communication, Safety/process adherence, Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
