Data Quality & Governance Developer

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience for a position based in Pune. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining data quality checks, metrics, and monitoring systems to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data. You will perform data profiling to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or gaps, and build dashboards and reports to track data quality key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboration with business and technical teams will be essential to resolve data issues effectively. You will also document procedures and contribute to improving data governance frameworks within the organization. Leveraging automation and AI-based tools will be part of enhancing data workflows, requiring proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools, as well as experience with cloud platforms. Your knowledge of data governance principles and handling sensitive data, along with familiarity with data transformation tools, will be valuable assets in this role. Experience working in agile environments, along with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, is preferred. Exposure to GenAI technologies is a plus, as well as experience with GitHub and Graph databases.
