Role Overview: As a Data Quality Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in owning the data quality of martech platforms and products. Your primary responsibility will be the productization and delivery of test solutions to enhance productivity, test efficiency, and scalability to support our business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Additionally, you will proactively identify potential issues, communicate effectively with the team and management, and create a robust data quality framework to assess, monitor, and report the quality of data across various systems and platforms. Your creative thinking and innovative problem-solving approaches will be essential in delivering high-quality results from initial concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain data quality automation test cases, along with writing test reports. - Implement best practices for data quality, integrity, and security to ensure reliable campaign targeting, analytics, and reporting. - Continuously improve testing efficiency by leveraging new techniques and tools. - Approach problems by considering all possibilities and options with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. - Proactively anticipate problems and communicate them appropriately to the team and management in a timely manner. - Be flexible to support all functions of the product life cycle when required. - Work in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior members in the organization. Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of technical education and work experience. - 8-12 years of experience in the Data Quality and Data Engineering fields. - Extensive experience with SQL and Python to develop and maintain data quality scripts, tools, and frameworks. - Nice to have working experience in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. - Expert-level knowledge of SQL for complex data querying and manipulation. - Experience working in GCP and Hadoop big data environments. - Strong understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
