Description
You will be a part of the SIS DQM- Data Quality team (C10) within AIM, a global community focused on driving data-driven transformation across Citi. Your role will involve managing the implementation of data quality measurement programs for the US region's retail consumer bank. Key responsibilities include executing business data quality measurements in alignment with regulatory programs such as CCAR and AML, designing data quality rules, standardizing data definitions, publishing scorecards, managing issues, and supporting audits. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, including data analysis, visualization, and formulating analytical methodologies to identify trends and patterns. Proficiency in tools like SAS, SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred. Additionally, you should have domain expertise in data definitions, data quality framework, data governance, and data warehouse knowledge. Knowledge of finance regulations and understanding of retail business concepts are advantageous. Soft skills such as the ability to articulate and solve complex business problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good process management abilities, and teamwork are essential for success in this role. You should hold a degree in MBA, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or Engineering from a premier institute. Postgraduate qualifications in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Management Science, or related fields are preferred. Ideally, you should have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience delivering data quality solutions, with at least 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
