Data Privacy Operations Analyst

As a Data Privacy Specialist at Omnicom Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding data and operational integrity worldwide. Your responsibilities include overseeing and implementing data privacy standards, collaborating with Legal, IT, vendors, and clients on data protection initiatives, and providing expertise on global privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA. You will embed privacy principles into processes, support privacy risk assessments, and drive the rollout of a centralized privacy management system. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3-5 years of experience in data privacy or data protection, a strong understanding of global privacy frameworks, and the ability to apply privacy principles in a business context. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, be adept at coordinating across multiple departments, and demonstrate proficiency in privacy risk assessments and data lifecycle management. Certification such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent is preferred, along with familiarity with data discovery, mapping, or GRC tools.
