You will be responsible for planning and executing NVH test plans, including setting up test procedures, conducting tests as per Regulatory requirements, selecting appropriate instrumentation, and defining test conditions based on the application. Additionally, you will manage the Test Facilities & Execution, ensuring tests are conducted according to the new product development plan and documenting test setups and data post-processing. As part of your role, you will be analyzing NVH test data to identify Noise & Vibration sources using various analysis techniques, determine root causes of NVH issues, and benchmark competitor products. You will interpret data and provide insights by translating test results into actionable information for designers to make design improvements. In addition, you will be responsible for report preparation and documenting, including creating NVH Technical test reports, log entries, and maintaining the database for all Lab test data. You will also organize and archive data for future reference. Key Responsibilities: - Testing, FRF, ODS, and Noise source identification on HVAC products - Instrumentation and NVH data acquisition using advanced tools such as Siemens-LMS Test Lab, B&K, Head acoustics, etc. - Good theoretical knowledge of digital signal processing techniques - Setting Noise & Vibration level targets for HVAC new products & system level - Conducting NVH Measurements in Anechoic Chamber according to standards - Evaluating Acoustic material characteristics such as Absorption coefficient & Noise Transmission loss using the impedance tube and reverberation room method - NVH Benchmarking on overall product and System level and trend analysis - Working with Cross-functional teams of market quality, production quality, and design departments to enhance Product NVH performance - Hands-on work experience in HVAC system NVH testing - Understanding CAE NVH results for correlating experimental data and coordinating with design and Virtual simulation teams.,
