Role & responsibilities 1. To answer technical queries of customers 2. Handling Indiamart Inquiries & Website inquires & other B2B site inquiries 3. Online GEM and Other Government Tender preparation & Submission Knowledge 4. Cold Calling for lead generation & New customers 5. To make Case studies of new applications for marketing purpose 6. To find new leads in similar industry segments as per current use OR new applications 7. To provide feedback from customers for new functional addition to our machines as per their idea/feedback 8. After Sales Feedback 9. Visit Vasai Factory as per requirement 10. Payment Follow-up with customers 11. Get customer Reference letters 12. After Sales Service support for Machines - warranty claims SKILLS REQUIRED 1. Experience in Handling Indiamart inquiries 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Data organisation-knack for numbers 4. Customer service orientation 5. MS Office expertise 6. Proficiency in English & Local language 7. Cold Calling Experience Continued Preferred candidate profile Salary Scale : Commensurate with Experience , not a limiting factor Work Time & Days: Mon Sat ; 9.30am to 6pm LOCATION : Vasai East , Palghar Dist.
