Job Title: Data Operator

The Data Operator will be responsible for entering and maintaining all types of company records; such as production, purchase, dispatch, and stock data in ERP software (like CBO) and Excel. The role requires accuracy, discipline, and timely updating of information to support day-to-day plant and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update various records (production, purchase, sales, dispatch, inventory) in ERP software and Excel.
• Maintain daily inward and outward stock entries.
• Check all documents and bills before entry for accuracy.
• Generate and print reports from ERP as required by management or accounts.
• Keep proper filing of invoices, production slips, GRNs, and other records.
• Coordinate with production, store, and accounts teams for any missing or incorrect data.
• Ensure all data is entered and updated on time every day.

Experience & Qualification:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in data entry or record-keeping (experience with ERP software like CBO, Tally, or similar preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive work.
