Job Description

  • Maintain, organize, and update data in a structured and systematic manner (folders,
  • trackers, logs).
  • Manage digital documentation and file control with proper version management.
  • Ensure accuracy of entries across Excel sheets, cloud drives, and internal systems.
  • Support in preparing and structuring vessel documentation, certificates, applications,
  • and quotes.
  • Track document expiries, deadlines, and maintain timely reminders.
  • Assist in creating and formatting basic letters, forms, and templates.
  • Organize and archive files by vessel name, date, or certificate type for easy access.
  • Regularly review and clean folders to remove duplicates or outdated content.
  • Maintain confidentiality and consistency in handling company records.
  • Requirements

    :
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with digital filing systems.
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
