About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Role Project Manager, Collection Platforms and AI The Team Collection Platforms and AI team is responsible for driving key automation projects, AI/ machine learning based solutions, collection platforms and lean initiatives across Enterprise Data Organization. Overview MSCI Index Data Operations (IDO)) team provides high quality and differentiated equity data for construction of MSCI’s products such as Equity Indexes, Risk Models and ESG Ratings. The Index Data Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end data development of new products for our Indexes division as a data content expert covering all aspects of Index data like Universe management, Shares, Free float, corporate actions, Dividend, Fundamental data, options, risk-factors etc for multi-asset classes. Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred or Finance related experience. A familiarity with Venture Capital and/or Private Equity companies. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work independently. Strong skills in MS Excel. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment. The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
