Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling
: You'll design, develop, and maintain a company's data infrastructure, creating comprehensive logical and physical data models that meet business and regulatory requirements. This includes using techniques like
normalization and denormalization
to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
Snowflake Expertise
: You'll be a key player in shaping the data landscape using
Snowflake
. Your expertise will be used for schema design, performance tuning, and implementing advanced features like
Time Travel, Streams & Tasks, and Materialized Views
.
Collaboration & Mentorship
: You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and analysts, to translate business needs into robust, scalable data models. You'll also mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Optimization & Governance
: A core responsibility is to optimize existing data structures to enhance data access and analytics capabilities. You'll also drive governance and data quality by establishing best practices and documentation standards.
