Work with vendors or Fiserv support for escalation of unresolved issues and coordination of system fixes. Secondary Skill Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience supporting Fiserv Signature or similar banking/financial services platforms. Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
