This core business of connecting industry specific ecosystems has been augmented via a speciality publishing initiative that connects communities round the year offering news, views and analysis relevant to these industry verticals.

Presently, we are looking for a Data Mining and Data Research Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:1. Data Collection & Mining

• Extract relevant data from various sources such as internal databases, web, social media, industry reports, and directories.
• Identify and gather potential exhibitor, sponsor, and attendee information.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and validating databases.

2. Market & Industry Research (Secondary Research)

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, patterns, and emerging opportunities in the event & exhibition industry.
• Identify potential new data related to industry based on research findings.

3. Industry-Specific Research & Data Sourcing

• Gather industry-specific data for major industries such as wind Renewable energy, banking, Alcobev industry & seafood industry
• Source B2B contact information using tools like Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
• Extract and structure data based on management -specific requirements

4. Data Verification & Validation

• Verify email addresses to ensure high deliverability and accuracy in outreach campaigns.
• Format and categorize phone numbers by country, ensuring data usability for sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain data hygiene by removing outdated, duplicate, or irrelevant records.
• Build and manage lead databases for potential exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees.
• Classify businesses using SIC & NAICS industry classification codes for precise segmentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, research methodologies, and data mining technologies.
• Explore new tools and techniques to enhance data collection, validation, and analysis.

Key Skills & Tools Required:

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Cleaning & Analysis).
• Data mining tools (Hoovers, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc).
• Research & analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Similar Web)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in data mining, data analysis, or research roles.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
